I just noticed this is already 29 seasons i haven't done a press release, i should have fired my PR manager, he spends his time on the beach.
Today we announce a big turning point for the team: we departed for our sprinting team and will try a go on the climbing side to discover new races. Darcy Slafter is our best leader here, but we'll try to strenghten his support next seasons. So we'll try to train climbing talents instead of hillers and sprinters. Let's go !

Yeah that's probably why I didn't realize in the first place. You scored in sprintraces with a lot of hill or odd profiles I guess that don't count in that thread. Good luck with climbing!
Interesting Erwin, i never followed the sprint thread. But there is a bias here, i did half of season 58 (truly my best) in D2 where it was easier to score.
Also i never had a real sprint leader (best was Prinsen 86 SP), but could score a lot on the hilly sprint races because i had a complete hillsprint squad, with HL Av over 65. You can see my last sales were still this type of sprinters (Prinse
Hmm I never really realized you had a sprintteam and was curious how well your sprintteam did in the past seasons.
From my records your best season was S58, where you had the 13th best sprintteam, scoring 1268 points in the races that count towards the sprintaward.
S57 - 49th  Rantanplan 630 points
S58 - 13th Rantanplan 1268
